What treatments can be done to make my skin perfectly smooth and evenly toned?

I had acne for a couple of years and it has recently settled down and I barely breakout (the only time i do is when my period comes and even then its not bad at all as it used to be)..now my problem are scars from my acne and light freckles (from the sun i assume from before I used sun protection on my face), a little bit of redness also.

I would just like to have smooth skin and evenly toned. I dont want products that I can buy at walgreens and what not..I want treatments that can be done at the doctor (price doesnt matter) that will deliver dramatic results quickly.
