Is it safe for a 13 yeard old to use a glutathione soap?

is it? and is it safe to take the glutathione supplement for a 13 years old? im not black, im filipino. My skin got darker and darker cause we always have to be outside for our activities in school and its so hot here. My skin is darker than tan now and i want my real color back. Please help...thanks!

you are too young to be using stronger stuff such as these. let you skin mature naturally. if you are using any whitening stuff you should avoid sun otherwise you are harming your skin. my advise is stop it now and you need to use sun block instead. you will get your nice color back once you make everything natural.do not rush to adulthood it is not fun without childhood. trust me, you will remember this once you are over 30.

Ways Exfoliating Bar Soap can be Used

There are a number of ways in which you can use exfoliating bar soap to benefit your skin. Those ways include:

• Using before tanning – It is a good idea to use exfoliating bar soap before tanning because your skin can become excessively dry. The ultraviolet rays that are emitted by the sun and by tanning beds dries the skin anyway and this is one of the contributing factors to skin cancer. If you use an exfoliating bar soap before tanning and after, you can avoid much of the dryness that occurs.

• In the winter – Dry skin is especially prevalent in the winter. You want to be able to wash away that dry skin so that it is not visible to others. The small exfoliating granules in exfoliating bar soap will remove dry skin from your pores and help rejuvenate the skin by allowing for the growth of new skin cells.

• In the summer – You sweat a lot in the summer, which means your pores become clogged easily. Some individuals tend to break out more in the summer than any other time of the year. By exfoliating your skin with exfoliating bar soap, you remove dead skin cells, unclog your pores, and you also add necessary moisture back into your face through the natural moisturizers that are in the soap.

• The treatment of acne – Exfoliating bar soap is especially helpful in the treatment of acne. Such factors as oils and even dryness can be contributing factors to acne. By exfoliating, the dead skin cells are renewed and new cell growth is promoted. It is important that those with acne experience new skin cell growth in order for their acne to heal.
