GETTING MY HAIR RELAXED?

Agreeing to get my hair "relaxed" today was a big mistake. My hair is not only ridiculously FXCKed up- it is seriously damaged (fried), and my scalp is terrible as well (I'm actually scared to even touch it becuase it burns so bad).

Getting something so unnatural done to my body (even just my hair) is so unlike me, but I wanted a change even if that meant going outside my comfort zone...i'm sticking with organic for sure now.

Tips on revitalizing/soothing/repairing my- now nasty hair/burning scalp in a healthy, natural-as-possible way?

10.    Soak 1 tsp. dry amla in one cup of water overnight. Next morning strain it through a muslin cloth and then add one extra cup of water.

Home Remedies for Eye Care

1.    Mix one part of rose water and one part of lime juice. Store in a bottle and use it as an eye drop. This is very helpful home remedy for eye care.

2.    Intake of sufficient amounts of vitamin A is essential for healthy vision.

3.    Diet for eye care - Eating spinach will help in prevent various eye problems as it contains carotenoid.

4.    Using drops of eyebright herb are also helpful for the eye conditions.
