How To Spice Up a Skewl Uniform?

Im going to a new skewl. and guess wat? UNIFORMS! Well, i would appreciate some advice on how to make it not so boring :]

Here are the rules for the dress code-
All shirts must have a collar {like a polo}
Skirts and shorts must be fingertip length
No flashy jewelry
Shirts and pants cant have logos or words
Pants must be tan,navy blue, or white
Shirts must be a solid color

I have a sort of punky style and i dont know how to make this work!!!
