Products to even or fix tan lines in the 1-$10 range?

Im a 15 yr old guy and the first unit in my school gym class is swim. I don't have a bad body (not very thin not chunky) but what I don't like is my sock tan and farmers tan on my chest. Is there any quick bronzer or cheap spray tan that doesn't wash off easily in water? Thanks.
