Why do my Hamsters keep dying?

I received a hamster 8 months ago. #1 died after 4 months replaced him with #2. #2 died after 3 months and replaced him with #3. #3 is doing ok. but I am wondering...... what is going on. i feed them, clean the cage, give fresh water, wood stick, running wheel, and plenty of room to stretch their tiny legs.
I have disinfected the cage both time.
also, #1 was given to me by a friend who's hamster had babies.. #2 was bought in Petco.

what are you feeding them?? it could be something in the food, they are not big cheese eaters... try yogurt treats, also try different varieties of foods. If that doesn't work, try rats, they seem to love to eat just about anything.

How frequently we should change the mops ,water in buckets?

All types of mop sticks are good in general. Some are absorbing ones, few are like rope style-cotton. PHENYLES ,floor cleaning agents with scents are fresh and effective. It saves the constant dipping of hands also. Thanks .1000s&1000 s of money for this to all.

Cant make much sense of your last couple of lines of the question. However, common sense should tell you when the water looks dirty enough, then change it.
