What is wrong if I am throwing up dark green stuff?

I have had a cold(i thought) for awhile. Then I thought it may be a sinus infection but I have been achy with a small fever. Last night I threw up 5 times and 4 out of those times it was dark green stuff. I am pretty sure this is bile but is it dangerous?

well yes it is bile that you are expelling, and yeah it is a bad thing it usually is due to a viral or bacterial infection however it could also be other more dangerous problems as well... I suggest a trip to the hospital because usally after throwing up bile it begins to mess up your esophagus which can cause some bad damage.
