Sun Block High I'm really pale, and I have dark shadows under my eyes. How can I get rid of the bags and get a tan?
I have quite fair skin, so I burn quite easily and I don't leave the house on a sunny day without slapping on some high SPF sun block. I have tried gradual self-tanning moisturisers, but they don't seem to work. I also have dark shadows underneath my eyes. Even when I get good amounts of sleep, they don't reduce! I've tried different creams, but they don't help. I'll be very grateful for any advice!
Dark circles can mean a lot of things. You have to make sure that you are eating good food and that you are healthy. You need to set aside a whole day where you can just relax outside, in a lounge chair. Getting a tan will probably reduce the appearance of your dark circles. You can use high SPF sunscreen. It wont keep you from getting a tan. I suggest Banana Boat.You can put foundation on too... For some people dark circles are hereditary and you cant get rid of them. In that case you would want to use make up. When you are in the sun, you absorb vitamin D, which is vital to survival. So maybe a lack of that could be causing the circles too. Good Luck
