Any suggestions about after-sun care?

Okay, so I'm in my mid-30's now and I play a lot of tennis. Does any one have a good advice as to what I should use for after all that sun exposure playing tennis? I always use aloe after I clean up to sooth it, but is that enough? I mean the more exposure you have, the more it ages your skin I guess. Is there anything else I should use that would 'repair' my skin aftewards? I nomally play only on Sundays so I have the next 6 days to sort of stay away from the sun. I do stay away from the sun for the most part. It is hard though when I'm playing tennis since my friend and I do play at public courts. My friend is not that older than I am, but he really doesn't care about how his skin looks and it shows. I don't want that to happen to me.

Well OLAY makes an anti-aging body wash/lotion. Try that .. Also drinking plenty of water helps as well. You can also buy through tanning websites an after-care lotion.. To keep your skin moist & supple.. I apply mine at night before bedtime and my skin looks good... You can also use sunscreen if you are worried about sun damage. There are also clothes that have SPF in them as well..

Beat the Heat this Summer – 10 Sun Smart Ways to Stay Protected

As the summer season starts, it time once again to brush up your sun-safety practices and get set to beat the heat. With the continuing increase in the number of skin cancer cases, it has become extremely important to protect your skin against the negative effects of the sun.

Still, not many can resist the temptation of flocking to the beach or outdoor activities. This is why you need to know smart sun care ways. Bask all that you want, but make sure your skin stays protected against the harmful UV rays. Here are some tips:

1. Triple Sun Protection

If you plan to spend a lot of time out in the sun, like at the beach or tennis courts, make sure you lather on a triple layer of sun protection....

Cleanse your skin and apply an antioxidant based product to protect against free radical damage.
