Where can I find the best moisturizing, highest SPF, healthy lotion for everyday use on face?

tho im half puerto rican, most people looking at me would just call me white.
dark skinned people tend to age better because they basically have a built in sun block

and that's the kind of product i hope someone could tell me is out there.

i want something: super hydrating, healthy for the skin (preferably organic), highest SPF or sun damage screening, that i can use everyday and will LAST all day.

im only 22, i eat right, drink water, and am very conscious of the sun when i go out. this is really about aging prevention... and if i come off superficial, it's only because i know myself. im a very green, natural person, and i know im not going to turn to surgery and chemical anything as i grow older, so this is my attempt to keep up with the Jones (no pun intended) as naturally as possible.

20.. already worried about wrinkling! Prevention tips?

I'm 20 years old, I've been smoking since I was about 17. I don't go to tanning beds. I tan in the summer by way of the sun, but I use sun-tan lotion to prevent burning. The women on my Mom's side of the family tend to wrinkle pretty badly. I'm trying to avoid this, so I've decided to quit smoking.

When I was younger, I wore a lot of make-up, eye make-up mostly. I was never careful enough with my eyes, I rubbed and poked and prodded at them a lot.

My question is, if I'm more gentle with my eyes, quit smoking, and wear sun-screen can I reverse the damage? Or am I destined to be wrinkled!? Also, what can I do at this age to ensure that I have healthy, wrinkle-free skin when I reach my 30's to 40's?
