Skin issue?

I have noticed that there is a light spot of skin near my lip that is lighter than my normal skin. What could have caused this. Could I use some sun tan self tanner product to even my skin tone this is real strange and I don't have no idea how it could have occured.

Out of all the products out there, which brand of self-tanners are the best?

I do not want to look orange or un natural. Which brand has the best bronzing self-tanner lotion or spray that will give the most natural look like the sun or tanning bed would give?

I've only tried 3 self-tanners: Jergens Natural Glow, Aveeno, and L'Oreal Sublime Glow. I would say that Jergens works the best. I have never gotten a single streak using that one, and the color looks pretty natural as long as you don't apply too much. As for the Aveeno, I would definitely not recommend it. No matter how hard I tried to apply it neatly, I always got streaks that were very noticeable and really embarrassing. Definitely not worth it's $15 price tag. The L'Oreal Sublime Glow worked amazingly for me. It gave the most natural color of the 3, but you can get blotches if you miss certain spots or spray too closely. But in the end, I would say Jergens is the way to go. Hope I helped!
