How can you remove stretch marks? Does sun bathing or spraying help coat it?

I do not wish to use laser/surgery to take off stretch marks.

I thought about getting tanned maybe they wont be visible.

Or are there any sprays/creams that help coat it?

Sorry, once you have them, they are there for life. They may lighten over the years, tanning may "hide" them, but I don't think they ever go away. Except maybe some sort of plastic surgery, which you mentioned that you do not want to do. None of those so called "magic" lotions or creams work!!!!

When a person grows or gains weight really quickly (like during puberty), that person may get fine lines on the body called stretch marks. Stretch marks happen when the skin is pulled by rapid growth or stretching. Although the skin is usually fairly elastic, when it's overstretched, the normal production of collagen (the major protein that makes up the connective tissue in your skin) is disrupted.
