Sun Tan Spf How do I avoid getting a tan while in the sun? Will using an SPF also keep me from getting darker?
I like my natural skin color (im quite fair) and i dont want go get any darker. So how do I avoid that WITHOUT staying inside all day?
use a sunblock that has all the protection you need--i.e. both UVA and UVB. i reccomend getting coppertone waterbabies in spf 45 or 50. also wear long sleeves and pants. i'm outside all the time and i wear shorts, but my legs still don't tan! i think it is because of my skin tone(very fair). also, only go outside BEFORE and AFTER the peak hours of the sun, which is usually between 10AM and 3PM, which could vary according to your location.
