Dark spots left over from sun tanning and a previous zits?

I had two zits for like 2 weeks and they went away for about 1 week. Now they have came back once i started to sun tan outside with out sun block. They are darkish color and i have had them for 2 weeks so far.

First, where are they? On your face or back? Is it sore to the touch? Did you recently pull a stray hair from this area? Some zits are caused by ingrown hairs. They will grow quite large and painful until it is popped and the hair removed from under the skin so it can grow normally. If the bumps are not sore and do not seem to be increasing in size, i would have a doctor look at it as sun bathing with out sunscreen can cause skin cancer.
