Sun Tanning Question?? Getting a Good Tan?

HI, i just wanted to know what are the best and quickest way to get a natural tan?? Maybe must a lie on white towel, must I use Sun cream or not?
Any Advice would be supurb! )))

Fake tans as we know are much safer but if your like me you cant resist trying to build a natural tan.
Light reflexts off of water so if you are laying by a pool that can help.
Skin tans best when it in hydrated so make sure you have moisturised/ applied sun cream before you go out in the sun.
Also make sure you have done all of your hair removal prior to tanning or else your just going to shave/bleach off all of your hard work.
I find it easier to tan whilst im doing something/ gardening or reading a magazine because it makes the time go quicker.
Make sure you build up to it, a tan wont happen over night and also make sure you get plenty of sun top keep "topping up the tan".
