Please help self tanning question?

I wanted to get a tan but I don't want to go to the tanning bed or the booth because I am claustrophobia But I really want to get a tan. I have tried the Jergens tanner but I don't feel like its a real tan. I have light skin and my skin type is normal/dry I wanted to get the mystic tanning lotion kit that comes with the

I have tried the mystic tan and it is very nice. Jergens just seems to make you more orange...and i should know this i am also very light skinned The Mystic Tan does not give you that orange fake bake look and it does not make you smell bad...just if you use it watch really carefully around your neck, elbows, knees and wrists. DOes using this prevent sunburn?

this may be a stupid question, and please dont tell me it is stupid, but if i have been using sunless tanning moisturizer, and have gotten a good base tan, can i still get sunburn or will it only enhance the tan i have started? Going from midwest to hot vegas sun in a week, want to be prepared

Hi hun I use the Jergens self tanning( medium) apply everyday to get a even all over Tan base( usually 3 days of applying morning and nite) then start slowly going out in sun 20 mins then apply a good sun block alternating with the self tanning lotion once a day or alternating depending on the mins you stay outside (sun block) is important always use some kind whenever your in sun.It comes in different strenghts,Banana boat is nice.Have fun always be safe in sun
