I dont see why not..after I spray tan I usually use Jergens Natural glow just to maintain and enhance my tan. Its an okay tanning lotion, very popular.

And no sorry, but tanning doesnt make you look skinnier, but you will feel better about yourself since tanning always makes a person look a little prettier. Diet and exercise will make you look skinnier.

cuz the self tanning lotion kinda dyes your skin to a bronze tone. and i feel like when i go to the tanning salon, im tanning the layer of skin thats been dyed by the self tanning lotion, not my real skin in other words. does that make sense?
