Sunscreen with Differin and Acanya gels.?

I recently was prescribed Differin gel and Acanya gel for my light/moderate acne. I know most acne creams make your sun sensitive to the sun so I was wondering if it is alright for me to wear sunscreen (while taking the gels) when I go out and what SPF should I use. Every review recommends that I do not go out into the sun at all but I can't do that. I love the sun and swimming. And is the sunscreen going to block any of my attempts for a tan?

differin gel ( adapalene ) .medicine can make you more sensitive to the sun. If you cannot avoid being in the sun, wear protective clothing and use sunscreen. Do not use sun lamps or tanning beds/booths. spf 30 which is non comedogenic . as far as possible use overnight

The following drugs may interact with Adapalene:
•topical antibiotics like clindamycin or erythromycin ,never use them

Yes, but if you plan to have them in your carry on, they need to be in containers that are 3 fluid ounces or smaller in size. These containers need to fit into 1 quart sized zip-top baggie, and only 1 baggie is allowed per passenger:

You can bring regular-sized liquids in your checked luggage, but I suggest putting the containers in a gallon-sized Ziplock bag - that way, if they leak, the mess will be contained.
