Can you recommend good sunscreen towelettes for my hubby to use while driving his convertible?

I was online looking for sunscreen towelettes and very few had customers' reviews and the ones that did have reviews, they weren't very good. So I thought I'd pose this question to the smartest people I know - you Yahooers! Help me out, please.
I know, I know, he shouldn't drive around with the top down, but he won't listen to me. I feel like the best I can do for him is do find sunscreen that he'll use. A hat would help a bit, but his arms also got sunburned today. Thanks for your suggestions.
