Do you believe in the whole "anti-tan" thing?

Now I can't open a magazine without seeing something about being pale and sunblock addicted. I think it's so annoying. I'm proud that I have a nice, natural tan that I love. My skin and hair have actually improved because I spend so much time in the sun. BTW, I don't sun bathe, I just do lots of outdoor activities.
So, I'm just curious, are you pale and sunblock addicted or are you healthy looking and tan?

and I think it makes you look healthier, compared to a pale person that is.
