Know anything about airbrush tans?

I'm blonde hair blue eyes and very fair skin. I have done the mystic spray tan booths before and I looked horrible. It was too dark, I looked orange on my face and if I scrubbed hard enough it would come off. I'm going to south padre this summer and was thinking about getting an airbrush tan. Is this similar to a mystic spray tan?

Airbrush is applied by hand and comes out better than a mystic tan would. It is more expensive because someone sprays it on themselves. But if i were you, I would do the airbrush anyway. It is worth it. They can customize the color more toward your skin tone.
