How can I get a tan in a healthy way?

I am pale and I burn really easily. I tanned once(barely) and it went away in 2 days.

I tried jergen's natural glow once and it just washed off when i got in water. I also tried dove's version of the sunless tanner and both just turned me orange w/ streaks all over.

We have all heard about the “Hot Stone Therapy” but how many of us have actually dared to get this massage? Very few, I’m guessing. Well there is nothing to fear, because it’s just another massage which has been practiced by natives from various regions.
