Tanned Skin I have tanned skin and dark around my eyes?
My skin is naturally tanned, and it is dark around my eyes. I don't like it, and I was wondering what I could wear (makeup) to make my eyes brighter. Thx.
First get a concealer that matches your natural skin color. Put that on under your eyes. (skin under your eyes are delicate)
then use a white shadow stick and apply that to the inner corner of your eyes and right underneath the brow hope that helps!
