is sunless tanner safe?

I though sunless tanner was safe but according to cosmeticsdatabase.com the sunless tanners I like are bad? It says that the banana boat summer glow is bad. and that Loreal Sublime bronze is linked to cancer.
i searched othere stuff and it says this about pretty much every commercial product so I dunno. What do you think? Is It safe? I don't want cancer or infertility or anything...

Just go tan. Those make you look like you colored yourself with an orange marker.
