Help me find a painting?

Hi!
There is this beautiful painting my mom has since I am very little, but unfortunately she doesn't know the artist and/or the title.
Here is the description:
It's depicting a woman biting a handkerchief, all dressed in a I believe 1820's day dress all in white with some pink flowers on the fabric. She also wears a pink bonnet and pink scarf. She is sitting on a dock in daylight, and next to her is a men with black curly hair and a little tan, who is (I believe) flirting with her. Then there is a little river behind them, and on the other side of the river is a man also in 1820's attire screaming for the boatman to come back and take him to the other side.

there is unfortunatly no readable name on the painting and the one my mom own obviously is a reproduction. Thanks !
I can't take a picture at the moment of the painting, I lost my camera and I don't have a webcam.
