Indoor Tanning Crisis ! Basically all of my back is burned?

Okay so yesterday i went indoor tanning and it was my first time the girls there were totally rude and little bitches soo they were no help !
i went on level 2 for 15 minutes laying down and i didnt know you had to wear lotion so i just went in topless with a thong my ass is all red and so is my back and the front is only mildly burned.
I wanted to know how long should i wait before i tan again ?
what lotions are good to wear ?
should i do another level ? (i have fair white skin)
and whats the diffrence between standing up and laying down ?
PLEASE I NEED SERIOUS HELP I JUST NEED TO BE TANNED BY MEMORIAL DAY AND IM IN LIKE SERIOUS PAIN !

They shouldn't have put you in for that long if it was your first time, That's why you burned. I would put aloe vera or moisturizer on and maybe wait a few days to a week. The next time you go go in a level 1 for about 7 mins and keep going in for 7 mins for about a week and then move up from there. You should try an accelerator. Because it's your first time tanning. The difference is standing up gets you tan all around, while the laydown you can' t really get your underarms tan. I personally like the lay down because the stand up i feel like i am going to pass out
