Tanning Lotion Tingler

How long will it take to get a dark brown tan in a tanning bed?

I am going to start going to Fabutan sometime this week and i am wondering how long will it take until i am very dark brown. Assuming i start off going in for about 5 minutes and work my way up to about 20. I will also be using a tanning lotion, and after a couple weeks, a tingler to make me tan faster.

My natural skin tone is fair-medium and doesn't burn.

i would probably be a 2 or 3, and am looking to become a 9 or 10.

I know tanning is bad for you because the UVA rays can age and damage your skin and even give you skin cancer, but i will only be going indoor tanning until i am at my desired shade and after that will only use the suns natural light for tanning and use spf 15 lotion.

I work at a tanning salon, and I definitely don't recommend going for 5 minutes, that will do absolutely nothing, no matter how light you are. Go for 7-9 minutes for 2 days, then don't go for a day. Then go for 10 minutes for 2 days, then skip a day. Go 2 days in a row and skip a day, and work your way up that way. Use a lotion with a lot of bronzer, and that may not be the most expensive, one of the quickest lotion is No Worries. Honestly, if you're very light skinned it could take months to get to be a 9 or 10. I'm pretty light skinned and I've been going for 2 years, 2 days then skipping a day, and i'm probably an 8. If your skin doesn't tan easily, it'll never be too dark. Just make sure you use a ton of lotion and try using a stand up bed once a week to even out your sides.
