can you sue a tanning company for damaging your skin?

can you sue a tanning company for damaging your skin like you were fine when you left the place and they told u to wait 4 hours for the tan to develop and days after your skin has been getting reactions and you go back and they tell you that your going to be fine and provide you with additional tanning supplies to fix your problems and has made your problems worse than it was before ive had 3 different reactions on my face the rest of my body is fine it was a mystic spray tan.

I wouldn't sue the company for this, but they would probably be more then willing to help you find out what the problem is. If the tanning company has offered help for free, then they are following the guidelines. What I would recommend is if its really that bad, go to your doctor immediately, if you wait, its on your fault, not theirs. See what the doctor says, if its an allergic reaction to something that was in the tanning spray, its not really their fault because they had no way of knowing you would break out, but lets say its because they didn't clean their machine or something like that and it caused this to happen, then its there fault. You can not sue them (or better words would be win) unless you can prove that they are at fault. No one would be at fault if it was purely an allergic reaction, but I am sure they would refund your money.
