What can take 10 years off my appearance?

I'm an attractive (I think) 36 year old female. Problem is I probably look 36. My kids aren't babies any longer and I'd like to concentrate a little bit on me now. What can I do to look younger? Teeth whitener? Skin peel? Tan? How can I get a youthful wardrobe without looking foolish? Should I really be wearing "skinny" jeans and converse shoes (like my daughter)? I don't have wrinkles really so I can't quite put my finger on why exactly I don't look 20 anymore. Anyone have any secrets?
