Which soap should i use ???

Hey all the beauty experts out there..I have tried all kinds of soap from mild soaps like Dove to strong soaps like Ultra clearsil and all...But none of them have solved my problem..If i use mild soap like dove and all the my skin becomes oily and i start getting pimples...If i use strong soap like Ultra clearsil and all ,my pimples go away but my skin becomes Dry and Tan..Please help me figure out what should i do to solve this problem..Should i use soap or not...If yes then which one and if no then please suggest me any natural / home made face cleanser or face washer...Please guys and girls ofcourse...help me...

What happens when you use the harsh cleansers like Clearasil is they strip your skin of any sebum and cause you to become dry. You do need a bit of the natural oil that is in your skin. You can try a product like Neutrogena facial cleanser with salicylic acid which will help unclog your pores and get rid of excess oil. I personally use a product called Cetaphil, recommended by my dermatologist. It's not like a soap, it is a gentle skin cleanser that will not dry out your skin and has no fragrance in it. It cleans your skin without messing up it's normal balance.

I recommend that you see a dermatologist. They will tell you exactly what will be best for your skin type.
