Can anyone tell me based on this schematic which leads to jumper with a cheater to see if it spins up?

Can anyone tell me based on this schematic which leads to jumper with a cheater to see if it spins up? The schematic is at www.i-netcomputer.com

Maytag Performa motor no spin heater ok
Heats up but motor does not spin. Checked door switch, thermal prot at elements, thermal at motor - all ok (zeroes ohmmeter).

Motor spins free but does not power up. All leads check against the RED lead are all infinity.

motor is S58NXMYN or 53-3728

My suggestion would be to determine whether or not you are getting 220 vac to the motor when press the start button to make sure that the motor or capacitors aren't faulty.
Put your meter on AC volts. Put the black lead on L1 (black motor lead) and the red lead on L2 (red motor lead). Try to start the machine (timer set and door closed) and check the meter.
If you read 210 to 240 vac and the motor doesn't spin, try to replace the start and run capacitors. If this doesn't solve it, change the motor.

If your meter doesn't show that you have 210 to 240 vac, then you still have an open in one or more of the safety devices in the circuit.

If you look at the top right portion of the schematic, you'll see a 'thermal fuse' that isn't resetable. You might try to locate this and put a jumper (cheater) to see if this is the problem.
This thermal fuse and two sets of N/O (normally open) contacts going to the door switch have to be made to provide neutral to the motor.
You can also check the 'thermal fuse' by reading ohms from 'c' on either set of contacts on the door switch to neutral. If the meter zero's, you know the thermal fuse is ok.

The momentary push to start switch could also be faulty. You can take the wires off the switch and touch them together to see if this is working or not.

You also have a 'motor protector' circuit built into the motor itself. There is generally not a good or safe way to jump this out.
