How can i get rid of these acne? (pic included)?

Is there anyway I can get rid of them? Ive had them for 1 year already and im 13. The recent ones are on the chin above lip and beside nose. I get more and more of them each day, im so fed up.
ive been using: eau thermale avene gel wash, toner thing and lotion. before that i used;: body shop tea tree oil face wash, toner thing, lotion and the oil. but they all dont really work

well you have to understand that you are 13 years old you are in the middle of puberty and your hormones are changing and driving you crazy. so what i would suggest to you is to visit a dermatologist, sometimes acne comes from very internal hormones and topical creams won´t work. so visit a dermatologist it´s better if you start now treating your acne before it gets worst. i know acne can be ugly but relax everybody has them. good luck.
