What caused this? what can i do about it?

I've always had really clear skin. I just got a job at a coffee house about 2 weeks ago and about a week ago my face broke out in tini bumps all over my face(mostly my forehead). they aren't white or black heads and they aren't red but its really embracing. do you think working at the coffee house could have caused it? and what can i do? i don't wear a lot of makeup and i always wash my face but i need to do something else obviously! please help me and my face!

Have you been perspiring more since working there?? Around alot of steam? It may be a heat induced rash. If you can find a small sample tube of Desitin diaper rash ointment, try a small amount on your face. It could be the steam and heat causing this sort of breakout. Keep your hands away from your face. St. Ives has an apricot scrub which I use on my face. I don't get crazy scrubbing with it, as it has crushed apricot seeds in it. But, if you have blocked pores and now have been perspiring more, this would help with that. Use a mild astringent every other day. If this persists, I'd see a dermatologist. Oh, and, buy flax seeds and eat in oatmeal. This helps bumpy skin. Good luck Sweetie, I hope this helps.

Acne Face Problem is Dreaded

If we had any choices to make about our sickly bodies at times, everyone would like to get better or that the pain they are feeling was just but a castle in the sky and not real. But then the bad news is that our bodies are not mechanical they are made of fresh and blood and for this reason when the immune system fails to function normally, ailment is the uninvited outcome. Some diseases are not fatal but at their summit, they will leave you only believing in possibilities and potentialities of getting better with the mental aptitude of our doctors and the strength of their prescriptions. If you have no acne face problem, you are possibly the luckiest diva or guy in the whole planet because if you are unattractive by nature, your beautiful skin will secure a chance of ever being loved and accepted for who you are and not what you have. Just why do some people enjoy such an appealing face skin while others of the same age and size wrestle face acne every day and night that passes? Whenever we experience this disorder wherever we think we should not, the feelings of despair, hopelessness follows because of the way we perceive this problem in relation to our future dreams.

Sure enough, some people with severe acne on their faces have had to struggle getting a job, first because they meet indifferent interviewers and if they are at least not discriminative on the bases of appearances, they blame your character, for not being a suitable quality for the job in question. They could be right because successive breakouts have the potential to change your usual personality and view of life in general and possibly you yelled at your interviewer obliviously, and there he misjudged your altitude instantaneously.

But then feeling unworthy, you walk away wondering why your skin happen to host only the brassy and fertile bacteria P. acnes that procreate senselessly. Just when you thought that your last hope remedy will completely clear face acne, around your cheeks region, the merciless "thing" seemed to smell death and concealed some of the tiny bacteria on your forehead. This confirms the bumps that seem to lengthen the usual size there.

Thinking the game is over now that the wonder remedy will slay the young bacterial completely, the "tricky kids" seem to be enjoying playing hid and seek with your face, and before you master the rules of the game, they will travel strictly downwards just below your mouth. Again at this point, the sebum is in plenty and thus they will devour it angrily causing the same hideous acne face crisis.
