can you please suggest me the top 5 best facial cleansers, toners and moisturizers for the Indian skin. Plzzzz?

My skin is fair and it turns oily in the summers and monsoons though my t zone is more oily compared to my cheeks which greasy. Whereas in winter my t zone is oily and my cheeks are dry and flakes.
Please help me with the top 5 best cleansers, toners and moisturizers. Since I have not got one yet. Please i really need help on this.

1. Grind equal parts flax seeds, powdered goat's milk and oats in a blender
2. Put about a teaspoon of the above in the palm of your hand and add a few drops of water to make a paste
3. Spread the paste on your face and let dry until it's a little tight
4. Rinse
5. Spray your face w/rose water
6. Put a drop of honey in your hand and spray that w/rose water to "melt" it
7. Massage the honey into your face
8. Massage a drop of oil (olive, jojoba, whatever) into your face to seal in moisture
