heyy !
i saw these awesome "mini-mergency" kits for girls and thought they were amazing!!!!
i wanna try && put some together for my friends for christmas, but maybe make it more personal
i'm just not quite sure what to put in it b/c you can't buy half the things the real kit comes with (like single use dedeodorant)
OR what to give it to add pepersonality . .

You can't buy single use deodorant but you can buy travel size. And also if any of your friends wear contact lenses you can include a lens case and a travel size bottle of contact solution. You can also maybe include a condom, a mini-hairbrush, some travel size shampoo and conditioner, a pair of socks, a disposable razor, and some hand sanitizer.

To add some personality you could put all the stuff in a cosmetic bag from a dollar store, and get the bags in each of your friends' favorite colours.

I think this mini-mergency kit is a great idea for a gift.

Symptoms Of Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are one of the most common ailments. By age 50, about half of adults have had to deal with the itching, discomfort and bleeding disease that can signal the presence of hemorrhoids. Fortunately, many effective options are available to treat hemorrhoids. Most people can get relief from symptoms using home treatments and lifestyle changes.

The veins around your anus tend to stretch under pressure and may bulge or swell. Swollen veins (hemorrhoids) can develop from an increase in pressure in the lower rectum. Factors that might cause increased pressure include straining during bowel movements, sitting for long periods of time on the toilet, chronic diarrhea or constipation, obesity, pregnancy and anal intercourse.

It's also possible to inherit a tendency to develop hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are more likely as you get older because the tissues that support the veins in your rectum and anus can weaken and stretch with aging.

Signs and symptoms of hemorrhoids may include: painless bleeding during bowel movements -- you might notice small amounts of bright red blood on your toilet tissue or in the toilet bowl, itching or irritation in your anal region, pain or discomfort, hemorrhoids protruding from your anus, swelling around your anus, a sensitive or painful lump near your anus, leakage of feces and so on.

Hemorrhoid symptoms usually depend on the location. Internal hemorrhoids lie inside the rectum. You can't see or feel these hemorrhoids, and they usually don't cause discomfort. (1) Use topical treatments: Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a topical numbing agent. (2) Keep the anal area clean: Bathe (preferably) or shower daily to cleanse the skin around your anus gently with warm water. Soap isn't necessary and may aggravate the problem. Drying the area gently with a hair dryer after bathing can minimize moisture, which can cause irritation.

(3) Soak regularly in a warm bath: Do this several times daily. (4) Apply cold: Apply ice packs or cold compresses on the anus to relieve swelling. (5) Use a sitz bath with warm water: A sitz bath fits over the toilet. You can get one at a medical supply store or some pharmacies.

(6) Don't use dry toilet paper: Instead, to help keep the anal area clean after a bowel movement, use moist towelettes or wet toilet paper that doesn't contain perfume or alcohol. (7) Take oral medications: You can use acetaminophen (Tylenol, others), aspirin or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others) temporarily to help relieve your discomfort.
