What is the best foundation which is oil free, uv protection, cover imperfection and natural look?

Please if anyone could recommend any good foundation that wont make u break out? and cover the imperfection that result from acne. My skin type is normal-oily. price is not an issue. thank you!
I heard of bare mineral, but the fact that I am in Australia, so I dont know where can i get bare mineral. therefore do you have any other recomendation which is universal? thanks alot
