Am I developing vitiligo?

I've always had little white patches on my elbows and behind my knees. But a few weeks back, I developed a vague white patch on my forehead, it faded then it came back now it's faded and isn't noticeable, like before. But now my face is getting a little lighter (I'm mixed-raced), it's not like "Oh my God. Your face is getting whiter." It's very mild. My fingers have started to get white marks on them. But because I suffer from eczema and I'm always scratching, the white marks are coming up where I've scratched hard. Am I peeling away the skin a little or is it vitiligo?
My eczema does itch in the sun. But yeah, it disappeared in the sun.

HMMM well I know that Vitiligo is an aquired condition..I actually just cracked my books open to read more about it and it just says that Vitiligo is white spots or areas on the skin from lack of pigment cells and sunlight makes it worse...I'm an Esthetician but I can find very little on Vitiligo..
You said you had a patch on your forehead that faded..Did it appear after you were in the sun? I'm very interested in this and would like to help you. Add some info and I will keep checking back.
