Two ?'s About hair and skin?

1) My skin is super pale even when I use tanning lotion.. so i was thinking about like foundation or makeup but im only 14 and my mom said it clogs pores and will make me breakout! any good organic or all natural brands u know of?

2) Im getting my hair done for my bday and my hair is like a light brown and i wanna get it highlighted darker and some other colors at the top and a darker color for the bottom layer. Any suggestion or things i should knoiw like if there are in cons or how long it will last. I also have widows peak so i always look terrible when i try and do my hair...:(
